IF IT HAD NOT BEEN THE LORD

"If it had not been the LORD who was on our side, now may Israel say; If it had not been the LORD who was on our side, when men rose up against us: Then they had swallowed us up quick, when their wrath was kindled against us: Then the waters had overwhelmed us, the stream had gone over our soul: Then the proud waters had gone over our soul. Blessed be the LORD, who hath not given us as a prey to their teeth. Our soul is escaped as a bird out of the snare of the fowlers: the snare is broken, and we are escaped. Our help is in the name of the LORD, who made heaven and earth" (Psalm 124:1-8). HALLELUYAH!!! What a wonder! What a great deliverance! What a great testimony! The snare is broken, and we are freed. Why? Because the Lord is on our side, Halleluyah! Know that If it had not been the LORD who was on our side, evil men and wicked forces would have swallowed us up quick. We all would have been messed up. But, because the LORD was on our side, He said to our enemies, NO. Praise be to the Lord, GOD Almighty who has triumphed over our enemies before us. As it is written, "If God be for us, who can be against us?" BELOVED, today is a day of jubilation, and giving of thanks to the LORD. A day in which the right arm of the LORD has gotten us victory. The right hand of the LORD is exalted: the right hand of the LORD has done mighty things. He has lifted up a standard against all the enemy forces that came in like a flood. Because the LORD is on my side, I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the LORD. The LORD has not given me over unto death. People of GOD, because the LORD is on our side, let us sing unto the LORD: let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation. Let us come before his presence with thanksgiving, and make a joyful noise unto him with praises. For the LORD is a great God, and a great King above all gods, Halleluyah! Rise up now! Begin to give thanks to God for all the battles He had fought for you. Thank GOD, as many times as you can, for every other gift or blessing you have received until this day. Remain blessed in the LORD. THE GOOD SHEPHERD

"The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever" (Psalm 23:1-6). Psalm 23 is probably the best known passage in all the Bible. Since this psalm is so familiar, we are in danger of missing the depth of its meaning. The LORD is my SHEPHERD, a shepherd giving care to one or more sheep, a flock of sheep as such as He has, not just one sheep but a flock. We that are saved are among His flock and He watches over us. He keeps the WOLVES away from killing His sheep. Even when you choose to go through dangers and difficulties, the SHEPHERD goes through them with you to any height or depth or breadth. Obviously, GOD wants us to be a happy, satisfied people. We should not be restless and jealous, always troubled and worried about what we don't have. Why? Because He is the Lord that heals, leads, provides, protects, preserves, etc. There should be a spirit of thankfulness in us that brands us as belonging to Him. You will know more satisfaction with the shepherd than with anyone or anything else in life. You will have all the spiritual food you need when you have proper relationship with the SHEPHERD. When you emerge from the valleys of life, a table of food will be waiting for you that demonstrates to your enemies the provision of GOD...HALLELUYAH! Here, you have all the blessed promises from the GOOD SHEPHERD. Are you facing trials today? All the keys are now in your hands, the keys to making it through the many trials life has to offer each of us. GOD bless you all (all of you that have been following and reading my blogs). I pray that none of you will ever lack. The Lord, God Almighty whom I serve will surely supply all your needs, in the name of JESUS CHRIST, Amen! ABIDING IN THE LORD

“I am THE VINE, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing” (John 15:5). Friend, you need GOD to succeed in this world. It is God who created you in His own image and likeness. Your DESTINY is in the hand of God to fulfil or perfect. While putting God out of your life makes you nobody, bringing God into your life makes you somebody. Remember, the word says, “he that ABIDETH in me.” Know that a quitter will never win, whereas a winner will never quit. Let us remain and yield to His service. The Lord will surely come. Whatsoever He has SAID or promised, that He will do. If you abide in Him, if you continue serving Him, he will make you a GREAT being on earth. Beloved, keep on TARRYing. God bless you all…@fasuchem, http://fasuchem.blogspot.com, http://fasuchem.wordpress.com, http://fasuchem.livejournal.com, http://fasuchem.tumblr.com, etc

GOD'S GREATEST GIFT

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God. He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him" (John 3:16-21,36). Personally, this message is directed to you. I don't know you, where you are right now, and what you are doing. I plead with you to accept the Son of God. You would not know what VICTORY means until you believe in the Son of God. Jesus Christ is the greatest GIFT ever that God gave to man. Now the word says, he that believes receives eternal life, and is saved. He also receives the power to become a son of God. Truthfully, there is no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus. They are all blessed that belong to Jesus Christ. What more need I say! That all the believers in Christ have escaped the corruption in the world, is true. The choice now is yours. He that believes not is condemned and dead. You heard it, that the wrath of God abides on him. He is placed under a curse everyday of his life. He suffers, and struggles to get his daily bread. That is why an UNBELIEVER has no peace, whereas a BELIEVER has entered into new life of peace and victory. Friend, you see that God loves you by giving you His only begotten Son. It isn't the will of God for you to perish. Escape now! Receive this greatest GIFT and experience a great change. Call upon that great Saviour, Jesus Christ. Confess and forsake your sins. Tell Him every thing about your life. Believe as you pray. God bless you all...@fasuchem, http://fasuchem.blogspot.com, http://fasuchem.wordpress.com, http://fasuchem.livejournal.com, http://fasuchem.tumblr.com

BE GOD CONSCIOUS

The Son of God was manifested to DESTROY all the works of the devil (1 John3:8b). A truly born again child of God should have no business with the devil. While it is true that there is an unrepentant devil who is going to and fro on the earth and who is unrelenting in his mission to steal, kill and destroy, yet God’s children are not expected to be devil-conscious or be preoccupied with the devil. You should not be conscious of the devil in any way. Rather, be conscious of God, talk to Him with praises, and testify of His faithfulness. One of the major problems of today’s Church is devil-consciousness. We are too preoccupied with the devil, always speaking of what the devil is doing, constantly seeking for and seeing the devil in every person and situation, thinking always on the devil next plans, targets and attacks, and steadfastly fixing our minds on the devil. All because we are no longer God-conscious! Being devil-conscious does no good. It only magnifies the works, power and presence of the devil. It breeds fear, worry, anxiety or restlessness. It also diminishes or belittles God’s work, power and presence in your life and situation. It is so sad but true that many believers today are dealing or relating with the devil as though Christ has not disarmed and defeated him through His death on the cross. When you are devil-conscious, you are obviously not conscious of Christ’s victory over the devil through the cross. "And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it" (Col.2:15). Today, all the works of the devil are DEAD WORKS. People of God should know that the only infallible antidote to being Satan-conscious is to be God-conscious. This requires a radical and conscious change in your way of thinking, mindset or mentality. You can never walk in constant and consistent victory over the devil by fixing your thoughts on the devil, but by staying your mind on God. The Scripture testifies: "Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee" (Isa.26:3).  When your mind is preoccupied with God or your thoughts are fixed on God, the Scripture says “God will keep you in perfect peace.” When you consciously and consistently ponder on what Christ has done and what He is doing for you and in you, Christ’s works, power and presence will be magnified in your life and situation. Again! here's my advice to you, "This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success" (Joshua1:8). Read your Bible always, please. Beloved, God bless as you continue reading and following the Lord Jesus, Amen!...#fasuchemhttp://my.opera.com/fasuchem

THE KINDNESS OF GOD

"And David said, Is there yet any that is left of the house of Saul, that I may shew him kindness for Jonathan's sake? And there was of the house of Saul a servant whose name was Ziba. And when they had called him unto David, the king said unto him, Art thou Ziba? And he said, Thy servant is he. And the king said, Is there not yet any of the house of Saul, that I may shew the kindness of God unto him? And Ziba said unto the king, Jonathan hath yet a son, which is lame on his feet. And the king said unto him, Where is he? And Ziba said unto the king, Behold, he is in the house of Machir, the son of Ammiel, in Lodebar. Then king David sent, and fetched him out of the house of Machir, the son of Ammiel, from Lodebar. Now when Mephibosheth, the son of Jonathan, the son of Saul, was come unto David, he fell on his face, and did reverence. And David said, Mephibosheth. And he answered, Behold thy servant! And David said unto him, Fear not: for I will surely shew thee kindness for Jonathan thy father's sake, and will restore thee all the land of Saul thy father; and thou shalt eat bread at my table continually. And he bowed himself, and said, What is thy servant, that thou shouldest look upon such a dead dog as I am? Then the king called to Ziba, Saul's servant, and said unto him, I have given unto thy master's son all that pertained to Saul and to all his house. Thou therefore, and thy sons, and thy servants, shall till the land for him, and thou shalt bring in the fruits, that thy master's son may have food to eat: but Mephibosheth thy master's son shall eat bread alway at my table. Now Ziba had fifteen sons and twenty servants. Then said Ziba unto the king, According to all that my lord the king hath commanded his servant, so shall thy servant do. As for Mephibosheth, said the king, he shall eat at my table, as one of the king's sons. And Mephibosheth had a young son, whose name was Micha. And all that dwelt in the house of Ziba were servants unto Mephibosheth. So Mephibosheth dwelt in Jerusalem: for he did eat continually at the king's table; and was lame on both his feet" (2 Samuel 9:1-13). Kindness is one of the fruits of the Holy Spirit. It’s the willingness to forgive and overlook the wickedness of others. This is a sign of spiritual and emotional maturity. It’s one of the greatest virtues to which we all should aspire. Here, David didn’t say, “Is there any one left of the house of Saul that I can locate and kill” but “Is there any one left of the house of Saul to whom I can show kindness…” Thanks be to our God, Mephibosheth was found to receive this unmerited and unwarranted favor. David was happy when he heard that the son of Jonathan, his great friend, was still alive. He said, “Go and fetch him.” God is more willing to save man’s life. It is not God’s will that any man should perish. God demonstrated his kindness by giving us his only begotten son, JESUS. Beloved, child of God, how many people have you shown the kindness of God? Many are naked, some hungry, others homeless, etc. Would you not show them the KINDNESS OF GOD? Do it now!…Evangelist Chikadibia S.F.E.

WHOM SAY YE THAT I AM?

Read Matthew 16:13-20, “He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am?” That is to say, who do you say that I am? According to Matthew’s gospel, before asking this dangerous question, “whom say ye that I am?” Jesus had earlier asked his disciples, “Whom do men say that I the Son of man am?” Apparently there had been a lot of speculation, wondering, and rumors swirling around those who followed and listened to Jesus. Hence the question, who do people say that He is? People wondered about him and gave a lot of answers. It’s all very interesting, and It matters. What you say about JESUS affects your entire life and view(s). If you see Jesus differently, everything changes. This is the reason he asked these insiders, “who do you say that I am?” Jesus wants his followers to see him differently. Jesus’ question is an invitation to take personally and seriously. He wants us to answer for ourselves rather than depending on the answers of others. It was a self-defining moment for Peter. Through the grace of God, he had discovered himself in the presence of the one who disclosed God, and revealed the WAY OF GOD - the way of love and justice. He spent the rest of his life figuring out what that meant for who he was and how he lived. “Who do you say that I am?” Evidently, we have to answer for ourselves, and our answers will disclose as much about us as they do about Him. My answer? You are the one in whom I am loved, and called to love. My life is about figuring out what that means for who I am and how I live. Remain blessed…from Evangelist Chikadibia S.F.E.
